Lesley has enjoyed painting on furniture from a young age. (perhaps too young...) After graduating from Sheridan College's Illustration course in 1994, she went on to work as a designer and illustrator.

Lesley and Tim married in 1997 and between raising two children and illustrating a few children's books, Lesley continues to locate pieces of furniture and turn them into art. Clients give her a chip of paint or swatch of fabric and she is off and running with creative ideas and images for their furniture.

Movies : Pirates of the Carribean, Love Actually

Colour : Royal purple and bright citrus greens

Clothes : I love my pj's!

Drink : A frosty, salty, traditional lime Margarita (just the thought and I salivate!)

Hobbies : I'm currently obsessed with my knitting needles and yarn

Place : our week at the cottage sitting on the beach or floating on my giant inflatable double sized mattress with a can of Strongbow in hand
